Professor-level Senior Engineer, former Chief Engineer of the Anhui Provincial Geology and Minerals Bureau; National Registered Mineral Resource Reserves Appraiser; Qualified Person of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AIMM); Academic and Technical Leader in Anhui Province. He has also served as a reviewer for the National Science and Technology Awards, the former Ministry of Land and Resources Science and Technology Awards, as well as the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Awards, senior professional title evaluations, and government special allowance reviews. 

With long-term engagement in geological research on mineral deposits and mineral exploration, he participated in two rounds of national key science and technology projects during the "Seventh Five Year Plan" and "Eighth Five-Year Plan" periods. He has profound expertise in the metallogenic patterns and prospecting predictions of copper, iron, gold, sulfur, and other ore bodies in the Anhui Chu Guozheng section of the Middle-Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt, conducting in-depth research on the formation mechanisms of skarn-type deposits and stratabound ore bodies. 

As the leader of the Anhui Provincial "115" Industrial Innovation Team and the Director of the Anhui Provincial Geology Bureau, he presided over, guided, and reviewed dozens of major geological exploration projects across the province. Under his technical leadership, Anhui Province achieved historic breakthroughs in discovering and exploring a number of world-class or large-scale deposits, such as the Zhuchong Iron Deposit and the Shapinggou Molybdenum Deposit. He has published over 30 influential academic papers and authored four monographs. He has received the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress First Prize, and the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources Science and Technology Progress Third Prize.
