On Saturday (August 24), the special training course "Changfeng Rongtong-Changfeng Mining Youth Key Training Course" was successfully launched at Changfeng Rongtong Company. Based on the position of the trainees in each company, industry experts and university professors were invited to conduct in-depth training on the professional qualities of middle-level employees and the financial knowledge of non-financial personnel of the company.； As the saying goes, "Masters lead the way, practice depends on individuals." Shared "learning" is more like a stepping stone, allowing trainees to "know" and understand relevant theories and key points. However, the most important thing is to "understand" the learning content and apply it to the "action" of practical work based on the situation of their own company and position. Therefore, we would like to emphasize our learning concept of "learning, knowing, understanding, and doing" to all key trainees again.

     For this study, we were fortunate to have Professor Li Chuanhui, a senior political engineer and MBA tutor at Anhui University of Finance and Economics, teach a course on the theme of "Building the Professional Competence of Middle Management Cadres' Core Competencies." The course mainly systematically elaborated on the role characteristics, functions, and professional qualities of middle-level management cadres from five aspects. Professor Li's teaching process was full of emotion, and the teaching method was simple and easy to understand. The students who participated in the study were very engaged in the lecture.

    One of the key points of Professor Li’s course: Being in the military position, with a broad mind, this ideologically requires the middle-level management cadres of our company to recognize themselves and position themselves. They must have both the micro-awareness of their position and a high degree of overall macro-awareness of the company.

    “ There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team." An enterprise is a systematic combination of people. Individual abilities vary, and the enterprise goal is the goal of each member. The power of a team with a common goal is far greater than that of a single individual. Building a perfect team is what we insist on doing.

        For this special study, we also invited Mr. Hu, a certified accountant from Anhui Rongcheng Accounting Firm (formerly Anhui Huapu Tianjian Accounting Firm), a strategic partner, to personally teach financial-related knowledge to non-financial professionals and vividly introduce the main contents of the "three tables" in the financial field. As the young backbone of an enterprise, no matter what field or position you are in, learning financial-related knowledge is very necessary, and it is also an important part of this centralized training.

Later, Mr. Ye, also from Rongcheng Accounting Firm, gave a comprehensive explanation on some basic knowledge in the financial field, tax basics, financial stipulations in the contract, details of the invoice issuance and collection process, as well as knowledge related to acceptance bills that are often involved in this company.
