From April 18th to 19th, Liu Qun, general manager of Changfeng Rongtong Trading Company, and all employees went to Jiulongzhai Ecological Park and Wanfo Lake Scenic Area in Shucheng County to carry out an expansion trip with the theme of "April spring sharpens the armor".

The Changfeng team conducted "Offensive and Defensive Arrow", "Global Tour" and "Pillow Fight" training. Everyone was enthusiastic and strived to be the first. They gave full play to group wisdom, division of labor, tacit cooperation, and effective communication. They experienced the close cooperation and strength between teams and improved their comprehensive ability in executing plans. Through self-challenge and detailed observation, and grasping core issues, they completed the task together, allowing everyone to feel the tacit understanding and cooperation between the teams on a deeper level.
