With over 40 years of experience in mining technology, management, and investment development, he has dedicated more than 20 years to overseas mining investment and M&A, financing, development and operation management, and IPO-related work. He has evaluated over 1,000 mining projects both domestically and internationally, covering countries such as Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Guyana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zambia, South Africa, Mozambique, Indonesia, Cambodia, Mongolia, and Turkey. These projects involve mineral types including iron ore, gold, copper, cobalt, lithium, nickel, manganese, tantalum, niobium, potash, bauxite, bismuth, and coking coal.

He has lead the investment, acquisition, development, and operation of overseas mining projects with a total value of nearly RMB 10 billion. He has previously served as Director of Canadian Kailuan Zhonghe Investment Co., Ltd., Chief Overseas Mining Investment Advisor to Kailuan Co., Ltd., Director of Shandong Energy Australia Pty Ltd., Mining Consultant to the China-Africa Group, Overseas Mining Investment Advisor to Zijin Mining Group, Executive Vice President of the South America Guyana Mining Group Company, and General Manager of Cambodia Corporate Mining Investment Co., Ltd.
