Senior Geological Engineer, former member of the Uranium Resources Expert Committee of the China Nuclear Energy Industry Association, among the first group of experts selected for the Central Geological Exploration Fund, member of the Science and Technology Committee of China National Nuclear Corporation, and Director of the Technical Committee of the Uranium Mining and Metallurgy Technology R&D Center of CNNC. Holds a Ph.D. in Structural Geology from the Department of Earth Sciences, Nanjing University.
