Summarize From Practice And Then Use It In Practice---Record Of Changfeng Rongtong Learning And Exchange Regular Meeting




2018 On August 11, 2019, Changfeng Rongtong’s regular learning and exchange meeting was held as scheduled. The meeting was held in the conference room of the company's headquarters. Chairman Mr. Liu Shaodong and General Manager Hu Youfu attended the meeting and made important instructions.         This meeting first focused on two video tutorials on "Positive Mentality" and "Workplace Communication"; The short teaching video explains in a simple way how important it is to maintain a positive attitude no matter what department or position you are in the company, who you are facing, or what you are facing. Through study, we know that communication is the process of transferring information, thoughts, and emotions between individuals or groups in order to achieve set goals and achieve results.
